About Movie Project D

Movie Project D is Michael DeDamos and friends sharing their experiences watching movies that anyone can watch for free on You Tube or Hulu. They have literally thousands of movies that even we have never heard of before and we would like to watch theses movies and let the people know which ones are worth their time. This blog is for people looking for cheap entertainment. It is also for the bad movie fan. If you are the kind of person who loves bad movies for what they are, then you are amongst friends here.

Often you will hear referenced on this blog the Road House testing system. This is Mike’s way of properly judging movies. 1989’s Road House is, in his estimation, the perfectly average movie. Any movie can be fairly judged when compared to Road House. If it was worse than Road House then it isn’t very good. If a movie was better than Road House, it’s a pretty good movie. That is the where the bar is set.

Didn’t know you were doing this…Good to have you on board with the IFP. Talk soon I’m sure. (My philosophy is ‘you can’t be a legitimate critic unless you’ve made a movie or two yourself’)
